At Nourlastic, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order. We do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t entered processing or shipping. If you need to update your shipping address, item quantities, or product selection, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible through the “Contact Us” page — include your order number for faster service. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation depending on their production status. If your cancellation request is approved before processing, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
