At Nourlastic, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging; due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos if applicable — we’ll assist with a replacement or refund. Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including personal care products and anything that comes in contact with the body. Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days; shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To start a return, contact us through the “Contact Us” page and we’ll guide you through it. Please package all returns securely and use a trackable shipping method.
